Material properties and further processing

In order to give you the best possible and most effective finishing for your textiles, we use a special material combination of film and granules. The film is a so-called hot-peel film, so you can peel it off immediately after pressing and start pressing immediately. The granules are optimized so that you can work at a very low temperature of just 110°C – theoretically, finishing is even possible with an iron.
What this means for you is that the low temperature in combination with the hot-peelable film saves you energy and time – without compromising on quality, of course!

Wash resistance

The DTF transfers are produced with extremely durable ink and high-quality adhesive granules. This ensures washing resistance for wash cycles up to 60°C.

Printing colors and line thickness

We print all templates in CMYK + white. Of course, complete white prints can also be implemented. So that we can produce the motifs to your complete satisfaction, the line thickness in your graphic should be at least 1mm.

Graphic creation and data delivery

So that we can process your order as quickly and easily as possible, we need print-ready data. This means that you must have created your motifs on finished sheets and prepared the appropriate panels.
To achieve the best possible print quality, send us your data as a vector graphic in .pdf format. Alternatively, exempt .png files can also be processed.
Existing white areas must be created in white; we will not convert special colors. It is also not necessary to mirror the motifs.
